Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HRIS to support the maintenance of their Human Resources Information System.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the HRIS team, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Assist with testing new features and functionalities in Workday and manage internal and external integrations
• Create and maintain HRIS documentation, reports, and provide training to HR staff and end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in an HR technology role, specifically in HRIS/HRIT
• Hands-on experience with Workday
• Basic understanding of HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience with data analysis and Microsoft tools and applications
