Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, People Planning & Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Program Management Office (PMO) for critical people initiatives
• Manage people team budgets and forecasts, translating strategy into actionable plans
• Drive strategic people programs from concept to execution and ensure effective internal communication

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in People Strategy, HR Program Management, or Chief of Staff roles
• Experience in remote-first, global companies, particularly across the U.S. and India
• Strong program management skills with a track record of building scalable systems
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders while managing detailed execution
• Prior experience in US public company environments or IPO transitions is preferred
