Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in human resources, operations, or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and managing complex stakeholder relationships
• 5+ years of experience using data and business analysis for decision-making
• 5+ years of experience with People systems like Workday, including knowledge of data governance and compliance
