A company is looking for a Compensation Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to prepare competitive compensation offers and support the annual compensation cycle
  • Conduct audits and assist in training Compensation Advisors on compensation processes and tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Relevant HR/Compensation experience
  • Effective understanding of local compensation issues and trends
  • Experience with market data and surveys globally
  • Extensive analytical skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
