Job Summary

A company is looking for a US IT Recruiter to provide comprehensive recruiting and administrative support for human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead research and recruitment efforts for assigned vacancies
• Manage stakeholder decision-making throughout the sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes
• Conduct candidate interviews and perform reference checks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting within a corporate environment or search firm
• BA/BS degree from a recognized academic institution
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet aggressive recruitment goals
• Proven success in working within an integrated, team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
