Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Greenhouse ATS administrator, managing configurations, updates, and troubleshooting
• Manage new requisition requests and ensure accurate job postings and approvals
• Track and maintain hiring data, generating reports and dashboards for recruiting performance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Talent Acquisition Operations or Specialist role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS is required
• Proficiency in working with recruiting metrics and data analysis
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and sourcing platforms is a plus
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
