Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Expert responsible for managing retirement plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's 401(k) retirement plan and Financial Wellbeing program, ensuring compliance and vendor performance
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for the 401(k) plan and Financial Wellbeing program, handling design, operations, and communications
• Manage vendor relationships, including recordkeepers and consultants, while monitoring legal and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retirement plan management, particularly with 401(k) plans
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Experience in vendor management and relationship building
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Background in compliance and project management related to retirement programs
