Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic business partner to client team leaders to ensure employee advocacy
  • Design and execute talent strategies to enhance performance, engagement, development, and retention
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic people initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of People/HR experience, including 2+ years as an HRBP
  • Experience partnering with Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships) preferred
  • Working knowledge of compensation principles
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and project management skills
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting career development
