Manage HR systems in North America, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of HRIS
Provide HRIS support, including running reports, auditing, and resolving data issues
Lead the HR Operations & Onboarding teams, ensuring compliance and enhancing user experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience working with ADP WFN is required
3+ years of people management experience
Minimum of 5+ years' experience with complex HR system solutions
Leadership qualities and project management skills are essential
