Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to manage complex employee inquiries and support HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve escalated employee inquiries related to policies, payroll, and tax issues
• Collaborate with HR Advisors and other departments to streamline processes and enhance team alignment
• Maintain and update the departmental database to improve the management of inbound inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
• Proficiency in HR administration and payroll processes
• Familiarity with database management and process improvement techniques
• Experience collaborating with various HR teams to achieve organizational goals
• Capacity to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime when required
