Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reasonable Accommodation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for accommodation requests
• Obtain, review, and manage documentation related to accommodation needs
• Maintain detailed records and track requests using internal case management systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience handling confidential information
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• 1+ years of experience with ADA/ADAAA and FMLA preferred
• 1+ years of experience in case management preferred
