Partner Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Recruitment Specialist to identify, recruit, and support third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified contractors for installation and dealer programs
• Maintain communication with prospects and technician offices to ensure timely onboarding
• Assist with dispatch and order assignments as needed, including monitoring order statuses

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in partner recruiting
• Experience or knowledge of recruiting partners, installers, and technicians across the U.S
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as SARA Plus, Web Tracker, and Salesforce
• English or bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
