Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Leave of Absence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate leave, disability, and absence management programs ensuring compliance and risk management
  • Lead the ADAAA accommodation process, facilitating discussions to find optimal solutions
  • Monitor FMLA leave usage and provide support for HR Business Partners regarding leave-related concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years' experience in an HR and/or benefits capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Experience with leaves of absence and benefits enrollment platforms
  • Understanding of relevant regulations such as ERISA and FMLA
