Qualifications
4-7 years of fast-paced, full life cycle staffing/recruitment experience
Experience with technical recruiting is required
Strong understanding of recruiting across all organizational levels
Background from a tech staffing company or corporate recruiting in a rapidly growing company
Highly skilled in various strategic recruiting techniques, preferably utilizing retained search methodologies
