Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leading Total Rewards and People Services functions in complex organizations
• Proven executive leadership experience with engagement in Remuneration Committees
• Expertise in executive compensation, equity programs, and pay governance
• Experience in driving digital transformation with HR technology and automation
• Strong capabilities in HR data and analytics to influence strategy
