Veterinary HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Divisional HR Business Partner - Veterinary.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and communicate roles and responsibilities to enhance engagement among line managers and associates
• Guide and train hospital teams on executing P&O policies and processes, utilizing behavioral science and change management theories
• Support and execute annual P&O processes, including talent and compensation reviews and associate engagement surveys

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related function, with four years of business experience
• Knowledge of Talent & Performance Management, Engagement, and Organizational Design & Development
• HR training or certification preferred
• Background in healthcare-related fields preferred
