Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to drive hiring across customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Source and engage high-caliber passive candidates while advising on recruiting best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at a high-growth/tech company
• Proven success hiring for Sales, Marketing, and/or post-sales roles across various levels
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees across hierarchies
• Self-starting and resourceful work ethic with a strategic mindset
