Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to design, build, and lead the evolution of HR systems and data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the HRIS environment, including current and future states
• Architect and execute the buildout of the HRIS platform, including configuration and process design
• Partner with stakeholders to assess system needs and implement enhancements for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration and implementation
• Demonstrated experience in building or enhancing HRIS platforms and processes
• Strong technical knowledge of HRIS platforms with hands-on implementation experience
• Deep understanding of core HR processes such as payroll and benefits
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) preferred
