Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support a client in the healthcare industry on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations into workplace concerns, including policy violations and misconduct
• Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while maintaining documentation and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR, focusing on investigations
• Proven ability to handle complex casework with objectivity and consistency
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries is preferred
