Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent planning, performance management, and people-related issues
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and continuous improvement of HR processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including management of HR business partnering functions
• Experience supporting and influencing leaders at various organizational levels
• Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term relationships
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
