Manage daily program/project functions and serve as a representative to state clients
Supervise and mentor support brokers and staff, ensuring compliance with program policies
Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for staff development
Required Qualifications
Related BA or BSW degree or 5 years' experience required; Master's preferred
Minimum five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or elderly persons
Three to five years of experience managing human services staff, including two years managing supervisors
Experience in managing statewide health and human services for persons with disabilities and/or senior citizens preferred
