Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager I&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily program/project functions and serve as a representative to state clients
• Supervise and mentor support brokers and staff, ensuring compliance with program policies
• Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for staff development

Required Qualifications

• Related BA or BSW degree or 5 years' experience required; Master's preferred
• Minimum five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or elderly persons
• Three to five years of experience managing human services staff, including two years managing supervisors
• Experience in managing statewide health and human services for persons with disabilities and/or senior citizens preferred
