Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Global Health & Benefits to support client teams in implementing effective benefit program strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to evaluate requirements and implement global benefit program strategies
• Gather and input healthcare and employee benefits data to generate client reports and presentations
• Draft client-centric communications and contribute to the preparation of monthly dashboard reports

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills to interpret employee benefits and healthcare data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare, business, finance, etc.) preferred
• Understanding of healthcare and employee benefits industry trends
