Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Volume Recruiter to work in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Managing the end-to-end candidate process, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
• Communicating final hiring offers to managers and preparing offer letters while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a four-year university degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in a recruiting or administrative role supporting full-life cycle recruitment
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Professional demeanor for career fairs and employment-related functions
