Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various GTM roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for up to 10 GTM roles, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, and offers
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with GTM headcount goals in collaboration with leadership
• Manage stakeholder relationships by advising on role definitions, candidate profiles, and compensation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and GTM functions
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Proven ability to build or improve GTM recruiting processes
• Operational proficiency with ATS tools, preferably Ashby
• Understanding of what attracts top GTM talent within the SaaS industry
