A company is looking for an HR Consultant - Contractual.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update the employee handbook annually, providing recommendations and support as needed
• Consult with management on HR compliance, policies, and personnel issues
• Conduct exit interviews and provide professional development recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Certifications in the HR field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
• Knowledge of nonprofit HR policies and regulations
• Located in the DC Metro area for occasional in-person meetings
