Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leaves Administrator responsible for managing leave of absence requests and workplace accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate all aspects of teammate leave of absence requests and accommodations
• Monitor and track leave statuses, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• Facilitate the ADA interactive process and maintain accurate, confidential records of all leave requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in leave of absence case management in a multi-state environment
• Thorough understanding of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
• Proven experience managing the ADA interactive process
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
