Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite, coordinating work efforts and implementing requests
• Focus on building forms in onboarding and offboarding functional areas of the software
• Oversee Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding/Offboarding, Position Description Management, and Organizational Charts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or related field
• 7 years of experience in HR/Human Capital Management (HCM), including design, configuration, and testing
• Proficiency in Workday HCM with 7 years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and compliance regulations
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR business owners and IT developers
