Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Coordinator to support administrative operations for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative liaison during provider onboarding and coordinate necessary paperwork
• Maintain organized records of provider assignments and support offboarding and transitions
• Keep provider records accurate and identify opportunities for workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, human resources, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, HR, or provider support roles
• Strong project coordination skills with a high level of organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with multiple web-based platforms
