Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to support employee benefits programs during a remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee daily operations of employee benefits plans, including health insurance and wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless benefits plan administration
• Analyze benefits data and trends, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations governing employee benefits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in benefits administration and analysis
• Strong proficiency in benefits administration platforms, particularly Workday
• Thorough understanding of benefits regulations and compliance standards
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups
