A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage executive-level talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Sr. Director, VP, and SVP searches across all functions
• Partner with business leaders to build and execute a holistic talent attraction strategy
• Ensure a flawless candidate experience while maintaining operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Executive Recruiter role focused on VP+ talent
• 10+ years of demonstrated success in recruiting, preferably in SaaS or technology industries
• Outstanding client management skills with experience at the executive level
• Subject matter expertise in GTM, G&A, or Technical recruiting at the Executive level
• In-depth understanding of the recruiting lifecycle from planning to onboarding
