Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screening interviews and assess talent to generate qualified candidates
• Consult with hiring managers on talent needs and assist throughout the hiring process
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies while maintaining compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing
• Knowledge of interview assessment techniques and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
• PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Experience in managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
