Associate Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Associate Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to resolve complex associate relations issues
• Lead the design and enhancement of the Associate Relations Team training and service delivery model
• Assist in the deployment and review of the annual Culture Survey and develop associate recognition programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in Associate Relations and employment law compliance
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in employment law
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional leadership skills
