Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, HYBRID.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies in partnership with business unit leadership
• Lead learning and development initiatives to promote continuous employee growth
• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Business Partner role
• Demonstrated leadership experience in strategic partnership with senior leaders
• Solid understanding of multistate labor laws and regulations
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom is a plus
