Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Officer to enhance and implement the recruitment process for underprivileged youth training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve recruitment tools and processes, including interviews and exams
• Participate actively in all stages of the recruitment process, including outreach and logistics
• Administer aptitude exams, lead camp activities, and support hiring of recruitment team members
