Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teammate Relations Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on people policy compliance and guide performance management decisions
• Support leaders in performance remediation and sensitive conversations with teammates
• Facilitate workplace investigations and accommodations while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• 5-7 years of progressive human resources experience in a mid to large-sized company
• Experience within employee relations is preferred
• Familiarity with case management tracking software is preferred
• Experience working in a healthcare system is a plus
