A company is looking for a Compensation Survey Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production
• Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions
• Collect, review, and analyze survey data for accuracy and report generation

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of compensation survey experience
• Some corporate experience, preferably in Human Resources
• Proven analytical skills and PC expertise with databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for survey meetings
