Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Staffing to lead and oversee team operations in support of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative project plans to increase divisional revenue and profitability
• Lead cross-functional meetings to discuss and implement division initiatives and team development opportunities
• Manage costs and resources according to budget while enhancing team performance and culture

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years management experience
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting experience
