Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their recruitment efforts and collaborate with leaders to meet hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle corporate recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Partner with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs and develop corporate recruitment strategies
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify talent and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting with a proven track record
• In-house corporate recruitment experience at an early-stage startup is required
• Experience in edtech and/or mental health startups is strongly preferred
• Technical recruiting proficiency is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
