Serve as the first point of contact for payroll activities related to new hires, terminations, and other status changes
Review and verify timecard entries and maintain records of vacation, sick leave, and worker's compensation
Prepare tax deposits and reports, generate checks, and assist with special projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2-3 years of experience with payroll functions
Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Experience with payroll software, such as Dayforce and/or UltiPro HCM/HRIS, is highly desirable
