Job Summary

A company is looking for a People and Culture Business Partner to support Corporate and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner for leadership to shape and execute people strategies
• Provide operational HR support on employee relations, performance management, and onboarding
• Support engagement initiatives and coach leaders to enhance team development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in corporate and technical environments
• Experience with HR technology systems such as Workday and Greenhouse
• Understanding of HR operations in tech-forward organizations
• Experience in coaching and supporting managers at all levels
• Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
