Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (French-speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
• Build partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers
• Act as a Talent Brand Ambassador, providing feedback to candidates and mentoring junior TA colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English
• Proven background in in-house recruitment, particularly in the French market
• Experience in an FMCG environment
