Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support in the Human Resources office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personnel transactions, including hiring, onboarding, and separations for various employee categories
• Track and maintain accurate HR data and prepare HR metrics and reports
• Respond to inquiries regarding HR processes and serve as a liaison between HR and college departments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in HR or higher education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
