Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Development Program participant in Global Retirement & Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month rotational program with three 8-month rotations across various business areas
• Gain exposure in Product Development & Innovation, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to drive business results and enhance leadership skills

Required Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
• Preferred fields of study include Business, Economics, Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or Entrepreneurship
• Must possess US employment authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
• Strong curiosity and knowledge of business acumen
