Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day benefits operations and administration of employee benefits programs
• Provide support for vendor management and compliance-related matters
• Coordinate the annual benefits Open Enrollment process and develop benefits education materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of benefits or relevant consulting experience
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration systems, with 2+ years of Workday experience
• Current knowledge of federal and state requirements related to employee benefits
• Proven project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors
