Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS
  • Manage and optimize HR processes within the HRIS to enhance efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR and other stakeholders on system improvements and data integrity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HRIS experience
  • Leadership experience in change management, mentoring, and team development
  • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations applicable to system design
  • Workday Pro HCM Certification preferred; project management certification a plus
