Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers in the Product and Design organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated HRBP for leaders across the Product and Design organizations
• Coach and support managers on team effectiveness, performance management, and leadership growth
• Navigate organizational design and reorganization efforts with clarity and sound judgment

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles, preferably in tech, product, or design
• Experience in employee relations, change management, and influencing leaders at multiple levels
• Ability to navigate reorganizations and support teams through ambiguity and growth
• Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and comfortable using data to guide actions
• Reputation for discretion, follow-through, and clear communication
