Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll, benefits, and compensation administration experience
• Expertise in payroll systems, compliance, and multi-state regulations
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• CPP or HR certifications preferred
