Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join their People & Places team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and propose strategic improvements to HR processes and workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert, resolving complex HR inquiries and escalations
• Support the HR team with operational tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist role
• Experience in process improvement, system implementation, or workflow automation
• Expertise in an HRIS such as Workday, including system configuration and data audits
• Proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR processes
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
