G&A Sourcer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a G&A Sourcer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates for G&A and Customer Team roles
• Source a large pipeline of high-quality candidates across priority roles
• Engage candidates, vet them, and manage the interviewing and hiring processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing experience in business roles
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership
• Strong experience with ATS systems, ideally Ashby
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience managing multiple requisitions or competing priorities
