Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Benefit Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes timely and accurate benefit additions, terminations, and changes to prevent access issues and missed performance guarantees
• Maintains knowledge of adjudication systems to design standard and custom configurations that meet client expectations
• Participates in quality assurance reviews and supports internal customers during client meetings and program implementations

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience: Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning the role's skills and processes
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
